AI features run on credits. Your plan gives you an allowance every month, and every action shows its cost before you run it. If you run out, you can buy more. What you buy never expires.
There is no separate monthly fee for any AI feature: transcription, the guide built from a video and tidying up text all come from the same single balance. Asking the AI assistant is free and uses no credits.

Payments are handled by Stripe, the same provider behind most European online shops. Your card details never reach us, and we do not store them.

The credit-based features pause, everything else carries on, and asking the AI assistant stays free. You can top up (£11.90 = 100 credits, £34.90 = 300, £109 = 1,000 credits, never expires), or wait for the next month when the allowance resets. We never surprise you with a bill: if there are not enough credits, the action does not start.
Yes, the trial starts with your card and we charge £2.90 immediately. In return there is no separate payment step afterwards: if you stay, it simply continues. Cancel any time before day 5 from your account and there are no further charges.
