1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Websites also use similar technologies such as local storage; this policy refers to all of these as "cookies". Cookies set by us are "first-party cookies"; cookies set by our service providers (such as Google Analytics or the Meta pixel) are "third-party cookies" — these are only set with your consent.
This policy is issued by Sync Mixing Ltd ("Corganize", "we") and applies to corganize.com and the Corganize platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. The categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the platform to work — keeping you signed in and protecting sign-in against cross-site request forgery. They do not require consent, and the platform cannot function without them.
Statistics cookies (with your consent only). On our public website we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our pages. These cookies are blocked until you allow them in the consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2); if you decline, no Analytics cookie is set and no identifier is stored on your device.
Marketing cookies (with your consent only). We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our advertising campaigns. The pixel is loaded, and its cookies are set, only if you allow the marketing category in the banner; if you decline, no request is made to Meta at all. The cookies it uses are listed in the table below.
Separately from cookies, our baseline visitor statistics come from a self-hosted, cookie-free tool (Umami) running on our own server: it stores no identifier on your device, shares no data with third parties, and therefore needs no consent.
Your consent choice is stored by us, in a first-party cookie set by this website. No third-party consent platform is involved, and the choice is not shared with anyone. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the website footer or by clearing your cookies.
To be able to demonstrate that consent was given, as required by Art. 7(1) GDPR, we also record the choice on our own server: the date and time, what you consented to, the version of this notice, the page you were on, a shortened browser identifier, and a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself, and this record contains no name, email address or tracking identifier.

4. Similar technologies we use
Alongside the cookies above, the platform stores a small amount of data in your browser's local and session storage. This data never leaves your browser and is not used for tracking:

5. Your choices
Non-essential cookies are blocked until you allow them in the consent banner, where "Deny" is offered as prominently as "Allow all". You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the website footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; your browser's help pages explain how. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from staying signed in, so the platform will not work.
6. Third-party cookies and transfers
Statistics cookies, where you consent to them, are set by Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC); Google may process the related data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If your organisation uses Google single sign-on, Google may set its own cookies on Google's own sign-in pages when you authenticate there; that processing is governed by Google's privacy notice (policies.google.com/privacy) rather than this policy. 7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add or remove cookies. Please check this page periodically; material changes will be flagged on the website. Last updated: 24 July 2026.
