Features

Company knowledge, training and internal communication. In one system.

Corganize doesn’t just collect your company’s documents and processes. From the same material you can build training, keep your team informed, check what people have learned, and share the right content with your customers.

All the features build on one shared body of knowledge, so there is less information to maintain in different places.

01 · Company knowledge base

Give your company knowledge one shared, organised home.

Organise your processes and guides so your team can find what they need.

Knowledge base and folders

Build a clear folder structure for your company guides. Everyone sees the content shared with them.

Document editor

Write process guides, policies and training material with images, tables and checklists.

Versions and reviews

View or restore any of the last 30 versions, and ask a colleague to review a document.

Already have material? You can import Word, PDF and Notion exports too.

02 · Documenting from recordings

Don’t write it all again. Say it or show it.

You can document your processes from an audio or screen recording. Corganize uses AI to turn it into an editable draft guide.

From an audio recording

Explain in a recording how you do the task.

From a screen recording

Show the steps on screen, even without narration.

An editable document

Check the draft the AI has prepared, then publish it in the Knowledge base.

You make the recording on your phone or with a separate screen recorder, then upload it. Corganize works from the finished file.

03 · Company records

Your important records deserve their own organised place too.

Operating licences, fire safety documents, contracts and inspection reports in one place, organised by site if you need.

Records by site

Create separate folders for head office and for each shop or site.

Targeted access

Records are visible only to the person who created them and the people they share them with. You can share the folders that are needed one by one.

At hand when you need them

When dealing with paperwork or an inspection, the right record is easier to find.

04 · Sharing and permissions

The right information should reach the right people.

Company knowledge is worth sharing, but not every team member needs to see every document. In Corganize you control access to folders and documents, while user roles decide what each person can do in the system.

Targeted access

Share documents with chosen team members, or give access to whole folders. Sharing a folder covers its subfolders too, so related material stays together.

Roles and private content

Owner, admin, trainer and team member roles come with different options. Sharing controls what content people can see; the role controls editing and other actions.

Company records have their own tab; here you will find general sharing permissions.

05 · Training and knowledge checks

Training shouldn’t start from zero for every new hire.

When a new colleague joins, you don’t have to pass on the same knowledge by word of mouth again and again. In Corganize you build the training steps from the company documents you already have, and team members work through them on their own, on mobile or computer.

Training plans and onboarding

Arrange material into days or steps, attach tasks, and create reusable training templates. Trainings can be assigned to team members, and a starter template linked to a group makes the first days easier for new joiners.

Tests and exams

Check what people have learned with short questions, several task types, or a final exam at the end of the training plan. Corganize supports seven question types, from simple multiple choice to open answers.

Progress and results

See which material your colleagues have completed, what results they achieved and which tasks are still waiting for review. It is easier to spot where someone needs help or more practice.

06 · Internal communication and feedback

Important information shouldn’t get lost in yet another message.

A new policy, a process change or an internal update isn’t done once it has been sent. Corganize helps you get information to the right people, track confirmations and collect your team’s views.

Statements

Share a document published in the Knowledge base as a statement. Choose who it is for, set a deadline and a reminder, and see who has opened it.

Document sign-off

If a policy or internal guide needs to be accepted, team members can confirm it. Opening and accepting are tracked separately.

Ask for feedback, and talk in one place.

Surveys

Ask your team for feedback, learn about their experience, or gather ideas for a planned change. Surveys can be answered by name or anonymously, and you see all the responses in one place.

Internal messaging

Direct and group messages are available inside your company workspace, next to documents, trainings and statements.

07 · Help Centre and external sharing

Your internal documentation can become customer help too.

A product guide, an answer to a common question or a note for partners isn’t only useful to your own team. In Corganize you can build a Help Centre in your own branding from chosen, published material, without keeping the same articles in two separate systems.

Built from documents you choose

You decide which published documents and folders appear in the help centre. Changes to the source documents show up in the Help Centre too, as long as the material stays published and selected.

Your own branding and domain

Set the logo, colours, categories, labels and other design elements. The Help Centre can run on your own domain, and visitors can search for what they need.

Public or password-protected

The help centre can be open to everyone or protected with a shared password. Protection applies to the whole Help Centre.

08 · AI assistance and customisation

AI help to work with your knowledge. You stay in charge.

AI helps you tidy up documents, prepare suggested questions and search company knowledge. Documenting from audio and video recordings has its own tab.

AI-powered documenting

AI turns uploaded audio and screen recordings into editable draft documents. You will find the details on the Documenting tab.

Document formatting and question suggestions

Get help organising the structure and look of your text, and preparing check questions for your training material.

Cora: ask your company knowledge

Team members can also find their way around the material available to them with the AI assistant.

A workspace that fits your company

With Corganize’s customisation options you can match the workspace to your own branding and domain.

09 · How the features connect

Writing down a new process isn’t enough. Your team has to be able to use it.

Say your complaint-handling process changes. In Corganize you write and publish the new guide, then share it with the people it affects. You can add the same document to their training plan, check their understanding with questions, and ask for confirmation by sending it as a statement. If it matters to customers too, you can show it in your help centre.

One document. Many uses. Less information to keep in sync.

The content builds on one shared base, while sharing, training completion and document sign-off each follow their own rules.
