AI credits

Credits are only used when AI is doing work for you.

AI features use credits, with one important exception: asking the AI assistant questions is free. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and every action shows its cost before you run it.

If you need more, you can top up. Purchased credits never expire.

There is no separate AI subscription: transcription, video processing and text formatting all use the same balance.

Do I get the same features on every plan?

Yes. The main features are available on every plan. The difference is mainly in the number of users, storage, monthly AI credits and the level of support.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone who signs in to your company workspace. Visitors to your public Help Centre don’t take up a user seat, however many there are.

Is the five-day trial free?

No. The trial costs £2.90 and a card is required. At the end of the trial your chosen subscription starts automatically unless you cancel first.

When can I cancel?

You can cancel any time in Settings. Cancelling before the trial ends means the next monthly fee isn’t charged.

Can I get Corganize with expert onboarding?

Yes. Based on a tailored quote, we help review how you work today, set up the system, organise your content and prepare your team. The onboarding package includes a 12-month Corganize subscription. The quote sets out exactly what the service and the subscription plan include.

What happens if I run out of AI credits?

Credit-based AI actions need a new allowance or purchased credits. The knowledge base, documents, trainings and every other feature that doesn’t use credits keep working, and asking the AI assistant stays free.

Do purchased AI credits expire?

No. Purchased credits stay until you use them. Your plan’s monthly allowance, on the other hand, renews every month.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, Corganize supports your own company domain and a customised Help Centre. We explain the setup and DNS details in the help centre.

What if I want to add more than 50 colleagues?

Ask for a custom quote and we’ll agree user, storage and AI limits that fit your needs.

Is VAT added to the prices?

No. The listed price is the full price, no VAT is added. With yearly billing you save two months.
